Our team building program is a result of years of being a positive part of the lives of children, young adults and adults in the recreation industry. We will can customize a team building program based on your groups needs and will plan the perfect location for your Adventure or you can sign on to one our scheduled trip. Our team will take your team on a weekend long or week long backpacking or camping adventures that will include plenty of opportunities for bonding.
Team building fosters relationship bonds that are sometimes lost in the demands of everyday life and daily routines that simply take us to the next day and then the next without taking time to reflect on the benefits of those who are around us day to day. We may take these relationships for granted or may not realize the talents we have in our presents. These relationships range from social, family and work settings.
So we have designed an adventure team building program where everyone is taken out of their comfort zone and have to rely on the others in your group to navigate through the experience we have carefully crafted for your Adventure.
